Hey friends, It’s not to early to start thinking of Christmas right? Especially for us crafters , planning ahead is key for a stress free holiday season. I hope you all have had a great weekend. I’ve spent mine finishing up a project that I’ve been itching to share with you: Pearl Christmas Ornaments! These beauties have quickly become some of my favorite handmade decorations, and I’m thrilled to finally let you in on the fun.
Creating these Pearl Christmas Ornaments will undoubtedly add a touch of elegance and sophistication to your Christmas tree! They’re truly beautiful and I’m thrilled with how mine turned out! Although they require some time and patience to complete, the end result is absolutely worth the effort. I just left mine on the kitchen table and every time I walked into that room I added a few more pearls.
These would also make a beautiful gift for a special friend or loved one. Handmade gifts have such a personal touch that store bought gift simple can’t match. I try to craft homemade gifts as much as time will allow.
While you’re here, if you’re in need of some Christmas craft ideas to do with the kids, have a peek at these super easy ornaments using the same clear plastic balls
So lets gather some supplies and dive into the tutorial.

What You’ll Need

What To Do
Step 1
Place your clear ornament in the opening of a jar or small glass to keep it in place while gluing the pearls. Begin at the top of the ornament, and glue the pearl beads with the E6000 glue. This will be time consuming, so put on your favorite podcast, or audio book. You’ll only be able to glue a few pearls at a time, then let them dry before adding more or they will begin to slide on the plastic ornament.
You can use all the same sized pearls or use all different sizes to give more texture and dimension to the ornament.

Step 2
Once the ornament is filled and dried, add a pretty ribbon. I used about a 1 inch wide, sheer white wired ribbon.

Aren’t these ornaments stunning?! I hope you give this a try. It really is worth the time.
Until next time
