Today I’m going to show you a super QUICK & EASY DIY Foaming Hand Soap recipe! I’m one of those people who have to have a soap dispenser at every sink! Oh……and it HAS to be foaming soap! I love the fluffiness of foaming soap!
I absolutely LOVE Bath & Body Works foaming soaps don’t you? A friend introduced me to some of their products several years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since! I can’t get enough of all the fresh new scents for every season. It’s always so much fun to browse through the countless shelves of amazing smelling soaps. The kids love to sample every one and choose their favorites. We usually buy at least 20+ bottles at a time to stay stocked up. With 6 of us in the house we tend to go through a lot of soap!
Unfortunately we live over an hour away from a Bath & Body Works store, so it isn’t always easy to get there.
A while ago, I discovered that you can make your own homemade foaming hand soap. So for those times when we aren’t able to get to a store or if it’s just not in the budget, this is a great alternative.
This recipe is super easy too……I like EASY! I always buy a big ‘refill’ size soap which is much more economical. For this recipe, you use very little soap, so you are literally making this for pennies! I like that even more!

DIY Foaming Hand Soap
What you’ll need:
What to do
Pour about an inch of your hand soap into the bottom of your soap dispenser
Fill the rest of the bottle with water. Be sure to pour the water in slowly so the soap doesn’t foam up.
Shake gently to mix and you’re good to go! Couldn’t get much easier than that!
Happy DIYing…..until next time
